Dr. Mindy Howard, the CEO, and founder of Inner Space Training is a role model for women willing to pursue aviation and aerospace worldwide. Over the last 10 years, she has been working with Commercial astronauts helping them prepare themselves for space missions
She has also worked as Ted X’s speaker. “Train your fear away like an astronaut”. That is the motto that she is preaching to her trainees.
Recently she has also joined Blue Abyss Diving Ltd. Since 2019, she has been the director of Inner Deep Space Training. Her training services have helped astronauts prepare themselves both physically and mentally. She is also inspiring women, both a part of the aeronautics industry and also who are looking to join it towards a goal to strive for.

This is my favorite and most successful post because I am extremely vulnerable in this post, by saying that I am getting up there in age, but people really find it empowering. (If you can see that in all the comments). And it also goes along with my theme of “never giving up on your dreams”!
